We currently have two positions available.

MLS® Supervisor

Reporting to VP Business Innovation:

  • You’re responsible for the organization, planning, operation and supervision of the MLS® Department.
  • You will create a positive and fulfilling culture by mentoring and developing your staff’s potential and will manage the workflow in the MLS® Department to ensure timely and accurate data entry of MLS® listings, amendments, sales, photos and Canadian Real Estate Association requests.  
  • You’ll determining staffing levels based on work volume and providing support and assistance to members and Board staff.   

This position is located in our office in Vancouver, so you'll need to live here or within commuting distance.

Your characteristics

  • You’re a natural leader and are adept at building teams and creating a participative and productive environment.
  • Your enthusiasm and commitment to customer service is contagious and you view problems as an opportunity to improve and grow.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills: clear, concise, and easy to understand.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a leadership position in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency with computers in general as well as Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent public speaking and training skills.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a definite asset.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Full-time Permanent

Reporting to the Assistant Manager,  Member Services, the CSR is responsible for providing full customer service and support to members and staff with regards to membership, Professional Development Program registration, event ticketing, lockbox system, and retail sales.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills.
  • Must have well developed interpersonal skills and be tactful and customer focused.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
